Since the first time I have used Expressway Auto I have felt comfortable and taken care of. The employees there are very straight forward and to the point, while still being kind and friendly. I have never once felt like I'm getting taken advantage of or ripped off. I will continue to use them and would highly recommend them to anyone!
Called this morning to see about getting my alternator changed. They were able to get me in this afternoon. Was very polite and on time. Planned on killing time doing my laundry, however when i got there I realized you cant actually walk to the laundry mat. The guy at the front desk had someone drive me to the laundry and pick me up when i was finished. After getting back to the office the staff were very friendly while i waited on my truck to get done. They have free water and coffee while you wait. Called a couple of other places and they were the cheapest around.
I scheduled an alignment for 10 am. When I arrived they did a vehicle inspection and found 2 things wrong. They said the alignment machine will be tied up all day. Come back at 8:00 am tomorrow. Why would you schedule an alignment if you knew it could not be done?????? Returned at 8:00 am next day to be told "can"t get to the alignment until late afternoon. They detected I was a little pissed!!!!!! They decided to take the truck off the alignment machine and get mine on. The reason I gave you a 5 was you did the right thing. Alignment done and on my way by 10:30am.
