They personalize by addressing you by your first name. I always leave smiling or laughing as poor Donnielol goes along with my stories as do Mark and Dan.

As usual, the guys fit me in when I was having vehicle issues, they took care of it while I waited and the whole experience was awesome!

I just had my first experience at Expressway Auto for an oil change, and it was outstanding! From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, the team was incredibly efficient, taking it back and starting work almost immediately. They did a fantastic job of quickly identifying and communicating other findings, asking if I'd like them taken care of. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made the whole process a breeze!
