They treated me great. It was Friday the 1st of July and they were closing at noon I came in at 11:30 without a appointment for an oil change and they got me in and out before noon. It was great and I appreciated it very much!! They could have turned me away because they were busy but they made room for me and that is why I keep going back to them.

With recent service for a check engine light on a high 200K vehicle, we had a re-appearance of our check eng. light. I expected the high mileage to be a possible cause, and did not expect a firm resolution, but figured it would be worth a re-check. Express Auto took the vehicle back in and spent a few days working to solve the puzzle, finding a previous replaced component was not working, and finding other previous repair work(from another shop) that had some swapped vacuum hose connections. The shop showed extreme thoroughness in the repair, refusing to let it go unsolved. This was amazing. All this for a very small final bill.

I dropped the truck off and they called me when it was done. Explained what they repaired. I got a quote from another shop and Expressway blew them out of the water. I will continue to go back for my repair needs.
