The guys here are always helpful and stay in communication with you while they're working on your vehicle. They don't "push" repairs on you, and are respectful of your situation.

We had a leaking tire. They brought it out to show me what had cause the leak (a big drywall screw) and explained how they were going to plug it. They explained why the place where the leak occurred meant the plug would not hold as long as it would in a different part of the tire. They drew up estimates for different tires, and there was no pressure to buy from them or do so right away. They said that I could still probably get a few months' use out of the tires and to play it by ear. I appreciated the explanation and helpfulness.
